# sk169992 - Mobile Access fails to start cvpnd service on all SGMs after installation of R80.30SP Take 45

- * Mobile Access Portal does not open after the user upgrades to R80.30SP JHF Take 45.  
* *cvpnd* does not restart:  
  `

  Mobile Access: Stopping MoveFileDemuxer service (if needed)`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Reverse Proxy for HTTP traffic is disabled or already shut down.`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Reverse Proxy for HTTPS traffic is disabled or already shut down.`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Successfully stopped Mobile Access services`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Registering sslvpn, ExchangeRegistration and Reverse Proxy portals...`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Gateway is a cluster member`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Starting MoveFileDemuxer service (if needed)`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Starting dbwriter service`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Starting cvpnproc Service`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Starting MoveFileServer Service`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Starting UserMonitor Service`  
  `
  Mobile Access: Starting Pinger Service`  
  `
  Mobile Access: IdlePinger is already running`

* *cvpnd.elg* shows the following lines:  
  `
  {cipher} wsis_cipher_decrypt_obj_from_file_ex: called for file /opt/CPsuite-R80.30/fw1/parsers/update/protocol_db.C`  
  `
  {cipher} [ERROR]: wsis_cipher_des3_decrypt: the encrypted data len 17505 is not multiplection of 8`  
  `
  {cipher} [ERROR]: wsis_cipher_decrypt_obj_from_file_ex: wsis_cipher_des3_decrypt() failed setting _dec_failed=TRUE`

## Cause

Issue occurs due to a merge done in SP jumbo version which did not properly include all related modules of Mobile Access
