# sk169895 - iOS 14 mobile devices appear as non-compliant in the SandBlast Mobile Dashboard and in MDM

## Symptoms

- iOS 14 mobile devices appear as non-compliant in the SandBlast Mobile Dashboard and in MDM.

## Cause

The "local network permission" is disabled on the device.  

Due to changes Apple introduced in iOS 14, in order to work with ONP on this OS version (and above), users need to enable the local network permission for the Harmony / SandBlast Mobile app.  

The reason is because when ONP is enabled the app acts as a DNS and needs to forward information to the local DNS server.   
Not granting this permission may cause issues with internet access.
