# sk169761 - The output of "ethtool bondXX" shows a speed value which is not a combination of the speed values of its physical slaves

## Symptoms

- * The output of "ethtool bondXX" shows a speed value which is not a combination of the speed values of its physical slaves, when the bonding group has more than a single slave interface configured, and the bonding group's mode is set to LACP.

* The output of "cat /proc/net/bonding/bondXX" shows that the aggregator IDs for all slaves are the same.

## Cause

One or more of the peer's LACP (etherchannel) interfaces is suspended or is otherwise no longer active as an LACP interface.
