# sk169632 - Inconsistent routes when using the "ping" option on R80.20SP

## Symptoms

- * *asg_route* shows inconsistent routes between SGMs.   
  Inconsistent routes are static routes configured with the "ping" option.   
  **Example** : `set static-route 192.168.100.0/24 ping on`
* A reboot of the SGMs sometimes resolves the behavior until the next reboot. <br />

## Cause

"Drop out of state ICMP packets" is disabled in the Global Properties in SmartConsole.
