# sk169552 - Upgrade tools package with incorrect name is stuck in CPUSE, cannot install any other package using CPUSE

## Symptoms

- * When the user tries to import an upgrade tools package with an incorrect name (for example: "ngm_upgrade_wrapper_994000292_1 (3).tgz"), it will fail to install and get stuck in CPUSE.
* The CPUSE stops and starts repeatedly.
* The following message appears intermittently in the WebUI `CPUSE Deployment Agent is not running. CPUSE actions are disabled. To start the CPUSE Deployment Agent, see sk92449, or contact Check Point Technical Services.`
* It is not possible to use CPUSE to install any other package.
* There is no option to delete the upgrade tools package directly from CPUSE. <br />

## Cause

The*DAService* process stops working because of the bad database entry.
