## Symptoms

- * "`RTGRTG0019 OSPF: interface ethX-0Y not active for OSPF`" message in the output of *# show ospf interface* command, when OSPF is configured on ClusterXL.

* OSPF is configured per [sk95968](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk95968) and Policy is configured per [sk39960](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk39960)

* OSPF neighbors are visible and in FULL state behind other interfaces, but not the one specific interface in the command.

* Hello packets from the neighbor behind this interface are seen, but the neighboors are missing from the output of: `# show ospf neighbors`, and the OSPF communication is not starting.

## Cause

The interface is not updated in the ClusterXL topology in SmartConsole.
