# sk169121 - All VPN tunnels without Permanent tunnels enabled show up as "Up - Phase1" in SmartView Monitor, even though traffic still working

## Symptoms

- All VPN tunnels, without Permanent tunnels enabled, show up as status "Up - Phase1" in Smartview Monitor, even though traffic is still working.

## Solution

There are no functionality issues with the VPN, but a monitoring false negative error occurs.   

Please update the gateway Jumbo hotfix version to the following:  

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
