# sk169016 - CPUSE buttons grayed out or missing

## Symptoms

- * CPUSE Import button is grayed out.
* When the user right-clicks on a hotfix, the Install button is grayed out or missing.
* If the user runs CPUSE commands in CLI, they work and the user can install the package.

## Cause

CPUSE locks up and does not reset after the last command.
