The security functionality remains, but the Portal page does not appear. * Users receive a white blank page which endlessly tries to load the UserCheck page with no success. * The direcories under /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/CTX/ for the specific VS are missing. To verify this you can run from expert mode: `# ls -l /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/CTX/` There should be a `CTX0000` corresponding folder per Virtual System. For example an expected output of a working VSX setup with 2 Virtual Systems: `expert # ls -l /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/CTX/` `total 8` `drwxrwxr-x 10 admin root 4096 Aug 19 09:31 CTX00001` `drwxrwxr-x 9 admin root 4096 Aug 19 09:17 CTX00002` ## Cause During Jumbo Hotfix installation, the corresponding Virtual Systems UserCheck Portal directories were removed. ## Solution This solution requires authentication.
