## Symptoms

- Web Services of a Security Group (Gaia Portal, Captive Portal, and so on) are not accessible in this scenario:

* The Security Group has 2 or more Security Group Members
* Layer 4 distribution enabled in the Security Group

## Cause

The Layer 4 traffic distribution mode takes in consideration the connections' source port, destination port, or both of them.

When a user connects to a Web Service (on the Security Group) through an interface other than the Security Group's Management interface, multiple connections open within one HTTPS session with several source ports.

If the Layer 4 distribution is enabled in the Security Group (this is the default), parts of the same session are distributed among different Security Group Members.

As result, user's connection might arrive at a Security Group Member that does not run the SMO task.
