# sk168552 - Third Party Mobile Access certificate cannot be added if Mobile Access  Gateway is behind NAT device

## Symptoms

- * Third Party Mobile Access certificate cannot be added if the Mobile Access Gateway is behind a NAT device.
* The Mobile Access portal keeps using the ICA certificate, even though the user imported the third party certificate correctly.

## Solution

Add the private IP address and the FQDN of the third party certificate in the `/etc/hosts` file of the Mobile Access Gateway via GAiA portal:   
**10.1.2.3 vpn.mydomain.com (for example)**
