# sk168516 - The implied rules for "remote access connections" are not matched on 1500 appliances

## Symptoms

- The implied rules for "remote access connections" are not matched on 1500 appliances.

## Cause

Traffic for the connection dropped by the Clean UP rule.   
Accept rule doesn't resolve the issue and connection has been dropped after a few seconds.   
Wrong behavior of the policy loading process.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
