# sk168314 - Unable to fetch LDAP Server SSL Fingerprint from Global object

## Symptoms

- * Cannot fetch fingerprint from LDAP account unit only to a Global account unit object. Fetching fingerprint stucks and never get to a timeout or any error message appears.

* tcpdump shows:  
  When fetching a fingerprint from the global level traffic never send out from the MDS to the LDAP  
  When fetching from the CMA traffic left the FW on port 636 or any custom port.  

* CPM.elg file shows:
