# sk168294 - Cannot delete LSM gateway from SmartProvisioning - "Resetting vpn certificate failed" error is displayed

## Symptoms

- * Deletion of LSM gateway from SmartProvisioning fails with errors.
* Error: "Failed to reset VPN certificate - SmartLSM Gateway deletion aborted".
* Error: "Resetting VPN Certificate failed. Details: The ROBO Gateway is busy. Please, try again later".
* In CLI, removing the same gateway fails too with the following error:

  ```

  ......
  ROBO <LSM_GW_NAME> - IKE certificate revocation details: The ROBO Gateway is busy. Please, try again later.

   ROBO <LSM_GW_NAME> - Failed to revoke IKE certificate. ROBO will not be removed.
  ```

## Cause

There is a SmartLSM console gateway reference that fails to be deleted due to an incorrect status of the ROBO gateway object.
