## Symptoms

- * The *sx_api_ports_dump.py* command does not work when logged on as a non-local user.
* The command works correctly when connected as a local user.
* The *sx_api_ports_dump.py* command fails with the following Python error:

## Cause

Python environment variables do not exist in the */home/_nonlocl/.bashrc* file.
