## Symptoms

- After upgrade to R80.40, users with restrictive permissions profiles cannot install policy via API.

## Cause

Improvements to the API call in R80.40 which expand installation capabilities to QoS and Desktop Security necessitate updates to the restrictive permissions profile in use, or modification to the API call, not to install the policies for which the user does not have permission.
