## Symptoms

- When the user defines a legacy user-authentication rule for a Security Management Server (e.g., Telnet, FTP) in non-transparent mode, access to the Security Gateway as a Security Management Server is blocked, and the connection is dropped.

The *prompt_for_destination* flag is set by default to *false* . It should be *true* .
