## Symptoms

- * "Preparation failed" error shown in SmartEndpoint console during Dynamic Endpoint Security client packages export.

* The following error appears in "%localappdata%\\CheckPoint\\SmartEndpoint_Logs\\R80_40\\SmartEndpoint_Logs.txt" log after the issue replication:

## Cause

Not enough space in Endpoint Security Server root partition for generating the package in /var/opt/CPsuite-R80.40/fw1/conf/SMC_Files/uepm/defaultPoliciesArchive/.
