# sk167735 - Administrators sessions are stuck in SmartConsole session view

## Symptoms

- * Administrators sessions are stuck in the SmartConsole session view.
* Such Administrators cannot log in to the SmartConsole.
* Discarding this session fails with 'Internal error'.

## Cause

Database inconsistencies.
