# sk167414 - Capsule VPN from Windows Store client either crashes or is unable to pass traffic on Windows 10 build 2004 (May 2020 update)

## Symptoms

- Capsule VPN (from Windows Store client) either crashes or is unable to pass traffic on Windows 10 build 2004 (May 2020 update).

## Cause

DNS server, suffix and IP leasing time are mandatory configurations for Capsule VPN. You must configure them in the Office Mode tab on the Security Gateway. For more information, refer to the Capsule VPN Admin Guide.  

**Note** : Previews Windows builds did not require DNS servers or suffixes.
