# sk167357 - MTU value mismatch after removing interface from bond

## Symptoms

- * Interface shows a different MTU value in "show interface" and ifconfig compared to "show configuration interface"
* Possible Traffic disruptions due to MTU mismatch.

## Cause

Interface "x" had a predefined non 1500 MTU value before being added into a bonding group.  

Interface "x" is removed from the bonding group and reverts to default MTU value.  

Clish MTU value is not reapplied when the interface is removed from the bonding group.
