# sk167297 - Wrong IPSec counter displayed with cpstats / SmartView Monitor / SNMP in a ClusterXL environment

## Symptoms

- Wrong IPSec counter for Remote Access / Mobile Access users is displayed with cpstat / SmartView Monitor / SNMP in ClusterXL environment.

## Cause

Due to synchronization issues between cluster members, IPSec users kernel counter gets out of sync and holds incorrect value of IPSec users count.
