# sk167172 - RouteD causes Security Gateway / Cluster member to freeze

## Symptoms

- * Security Gateway / Cluster member freezes, causing fail over to the standby member in case of cluster.
* RouteD logs show the error:  
  `

  routed[PID]: Logging thread reached end of buffer`  
  `
  routed[PID]: Main thread reached end of buffer`

## Cause

RouteD BGP traces were left on, creating big amount of logging and after some time leading to Security Gateway freeze.
