## Symptoms

- High CPU of McAfee Agent processes when Endpoint Security Client is installed.

## Cause

McAfee Agent processes react with high CPU each time the "CreateToolhelp32Snapshot" is called.  
The "CreateToolhelp32Snapshot" Windows OS function is a legitimate function that is used by the Check Point Endpoint Security client Watchdog process (EPWD.exe).
