## Symptoms

- SNMP queries on Smart-1 appliances Smart-1 525 / 5050 / 5150 return string "`Not Sampled`" while monitoring power supply:

## Cause

All the HW sensors info is received from the appliance via iDRAC on the type of appliances on subject. The IPMI must be enabled in order to to connect with the iDRAC.
