## Symptoms

- * Cannot install Endpoint Security Client on Windows server machine.
* The following errors appear during installation:
  "CPRegSvr.exe - Application Error The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

  ```
  ```

* "Error 1920.Service Check Point Endpoint Agent (CPDA) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."

  ```
  ```

## Cause

1. There are two programs ("WinCollect" and "WinCollect Configuration Console") with incorrect DLL's that were installed on the affected machine before the Endpoint Security Client was installed. The "machine type" for the incorrect *msvcp110.dll* is ARM, and images (exe files) of this type cannot be started on Window X86 or X64. ARM is a type of processor that is used primarily in mobile devices (smartphones, tablets). This DLL reaches the system from the MSI packages of "WinCollect" and "WinCollect Configuration Console" software.
2. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable pack was not installed on the machine before they installed any program that uses DLL's from this Redistributable pack. Since the installation of "WinCollect" and "WinCollect Configuration Console" includes their own Visual C++ pack, which includes these incorrect DLL's, the Endpoint Security Client could not use these DLL's.
