# sk166222 - Traffic being dropped on IPS Protection "HTTP Header Patterns"

## Symptoms

- * Legitimate traffic being dropped on IPS protection "HTTP Header Patterns".
* Drop listed as High Severity, high Confidence and lists the following industry references:  
  CVE-2000-0032  
  CAN-2003-0237  
  CAN-2002-0254  
  CVE-2002-0155  
  CAN-2003-0397  
  CAN-2002-0314

## Cause

The involved legacy application used was not correctly supported in the code.
