# sk166054 - web_api_show_package.sh fails with "Read timed out" error

## Symptoms

- * web_api_show_package.sh fails with "Read timed out" error  

* The following error can be found in the show_package-(date).elg:  
  `ERROR: Could not connect to API server, check 'api status' for more details. Error message: Read timed out`  

* The output tar.gz file contains a list of JSON and HTML files, some of them contains the expected output. Some contains error:   
  `
  "Domain: XXXX `  
  `
  Package: XXXX `  
  `
  Layer: XXXX `  
  `
  Failed to create layer. For more information, please refer to the log file in the output tar file."`  

* The following error can be viewed in api_debug log:  
  `
  ERROR com.checkpoint.management.web_api.utils.WebApiCommandExceptionUtils.getErrorReply:110 [qtp-652317078-67863] - `  
  `
  javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: An internal error has occurred.`  
  `
  at org.apache.cxf.jaxws.JaxWsClientProxy.invoke(JaxWsClientProxy.java:161)`
