# sk165733 - When downloading an archive with a lot of files through HTTP/HTTPS and with Threat Extraction enabled, the archive is received corrupted

## Symptoms

- * When downloading an archive with a lot of files through HTTP/HTTPS with Threat Extraction enabled, the archive is either received corrupted or missing some files that were originally in the archive.
* In DLPU debug (according to [sk97638](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk97638)), when looking only for lines containing the name of the files, similiar logs are seen:  
  `

  [PID][DATE TIME][DLPU_MNGR] dlpu_mngr_av_create_file_upload_data: using original format of file name: FILENAME.zip`  
  `
  .`  
  `
  [PID][DATE TIME.][DLPU_MNGR] dlpu_mngr_send_file_to_kernel_and_process_result: failed to send the file /tmp/scrub/{XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX}/FILENAME.zip`

## Cause

There is a default two minutes timeout in DLP for files. Running Threat Extraction on an archive filled with files might take more than two minutes, causing the gateway to fail to forward some data to the kernel, resulting in a corrupted archive.
