# sk165613 - R80.40 Policy Installation failure to a Branch Office Appliance involving a RemoteAccess community, due to unsupported VPN Domains

## Symptoms

- Policy Failure states:  
"- Layer 'Polciy-Name': Rule # cannot be installed on gateways R77.20 and below, due to unsupported VPN Domains for the "GATEWAY_Cluster" Gateway in "XXXXXXRemoteAccess" community. - Policy verification failed."  
Where XXXXXXXRemoteAccess is a Renamed Remote Access Community.

## Cause

The Name for the Remote Access Community was Edited from the Default Name.   

The Branch Office Appliance may not support the edited Name for the RemoteAccess Community.  

**Note:** The Branch Office Appliance does not have to be in the Remote Access community, just that a policy being pushed out to the Branch Office Appliance has a rule with a renamed RemoteAccess Community defined in the Rule.
