# sk165576 - "There are Threat Prevention uninstall candidates in policy targets" warning when installing access policy

## Symptoms

- * When the user installs an access policy, the following warning pops up: "`There are Threat Prevention uninstall candidates in policy targets`".
* When the user tries to click on the link to uninstall the Threat Prevention policy, it shows another popup window: "`The policy for the selected blades cannot be installed on gateway`".

## Cause

This is a cosmetic issue. The Threat Prevention package did not include the current policy and cannot be uninstalled.

## Solution

To resolve the issue, do the following:  

1. Add the Threat Prevention Policy via "Manage policies and layers" for the access policy with the issue.
2. Under Cluster property, activate IPS and AV/AB, and push the access and Threat Prevention policy.
3. Under cluster property, deactivate IPS and AV/AB, and uninstall the Threat Prevention policy by clicking on the "uninstall TP policy: when pushing policy." When prompted, install the policy (this will uninstall the Threat Prevention policy.

4. Install the access policy again.

You should not see the warning now, and the issue should be resolved.
