# sk165555 - When min version of HTTPs Inspection set to TLS 1.1, some websites stop working

## Symptoms

- When setting the `ssl_min_ver` parameter to TLS 1.1. some websites stop working.

## Cause

This issue occurs due to the web server's implementation of the TLS 1.2 protocol.  

HTTPS Inspection as a TLS client sets the record layer version to the minimum TLS version configured as the TLS 1.2 RFC allows. When set to TLS 1.1, some Web Servers don't handle it well and terminate the connection
