# sk165432 - 'cphaprob stat' shows the member in 'Down' state when executed within the context of a VS other than VS0 in a VSX HA Cluster

## Symptoms

- * Output of 'cphaprob stat' command shows the member as being in 'Down' state when this command is executed within the context of a VS other than VS0 in a VSX High Availability Cluster.  

* The output of 'cphaprob list' shows 'There are no pnotes in problem state' when executed within the context of the VS.  

* The output of 'cphaprob -l list' shows all pnotes in 'Ok' state when executed within the context of the VS.

## Cause

The member was put administratively down via the '*clusterXL_admin down* ' command from VS0.
