## Symptoms

- * Management API's command 'set access-rule' doesn't validate existence or non-existence of object in the rule for the parameters:
  ` destination.add, destination.remove
  `
  `install-on.add, install-on.remove
  `
  `service.add, service.remove
  `
  `source.add, source.remove
  `
  `time.add, time.remove
  `
  `vpn.add, vpn.remove`
Management API's command 'set threat-rule' doesn't validate existence of object in the rule for the parameters:
  ` destination.add, destination.remove
  `
  `install-on.add, install-on.remove
  `
  `service.add, service.remove
  `
  `source.add, source.remove
  `
  `protected-scope.add, protected-scope.remove`
If object already exist for 'add' parameters no warning or error would be return.
If object non-exist in the rule for 'remove' parameters no warning or error would be return.

* In all scenario above the operation would be performed successfully and number of session will be increased by 1.
Audit log for this session will not contain change in "Changes" section.
