# sk165118 - Gateway objects missing statuses on CMA level

## Symptoms

- * Gateways show no status on CMA level.
* When running the query in postgres:  
  select name from dleobjectderef_data where name ilike '%GATEWAY_NAME%' and cpmitable = 'applications' and not deleted and dlesession=0; And not all applications appear: hit_count_application_GATEWAY_NAME firewall_application_GATEWAY_NAME cpshared_application_GATEWAY_NAME amon_application_GATEWAY_NAME vpn_application_GATEWAY_NAME

## Cause

Missing applications to report statuses, as seen below:

## Solution

Proceed as follows:  

1. Change object color.
2. Publish session.

**Note:** If a gateway has a dynamic IP address and is behind NAT, statuses are not supported.
