# sk165116 - TOR blocking error on MDS environment when running shell script

## Symptoms

- "Error: could not retrieve FWDIR from \<Gateway IP\>" on Multi-Domain Server when running shell scripts while the cprid process is up and running.

## Cause

The [shell scripts](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal/role/supportcenterUser/page/default.psml/media-type/html?action=portlets.DCFileAction&eventSubmit_doGetdcdetails=&fileid=56231) to block traffic from custom IP feeds (see [sk103154](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk103154)), was executed from MDS environment instead of the environment of Domain/CMA.
