# sk165074 - Cannot view SmartLog and  SmartLog stuck in "Initializing" state

## Symptoms

- * Cannot view SmartLog and SmartLog stuck in "Initializing" state.
* The issue is not resolved even after reboot.
* RFL process is not listening on port 8218.
* RFL Debug shows below logs:
