## Symptoms

- * "There was a problem starting C:\\Users\\\<username\>\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\SNXAC\\Wow64\\sta.dll . The specified module could not be found." error displayed, when connecting with SNX Application Mode.
* The users cannot connect to the defined applications, and cannot proceed after receiving the above error.

## Cause

The Windows cache contains a different username than that of the user that is logging in.

## Solution

Remove this folder: ***%temp%\\snxac***on the affected Windows Machine(s) and the users should be able to connect after that.

A new *snxac* folder will be immediately created when the user connects to SNX again, and the Mobile Access portal will not be affected.
