## Symptoms

- In a rare scenario, a disconnected SmartView Monitor session appears in SmartConsole with grayed-out 'Disconnect' option and it cannot be discarded.

## Cause

SmartView Monitor is not session aware - cannot be discarded.

When logging out, the session is discarded. When server crashes while such session is open, the session will remain there and cannot be discarded without API.
