# sk164957 - In "Other users/computers", see multiple duplicates for workgroup machine objects

## Symptoms

- In "Other users/computers" you see multiple duplicates for workgroup machine objects.

## Cause

Some customers install the Endpoint Security Client before joining the domain for their environment. This results in a lot of duplicate machines in the "Other users/computers" folder in SmartEndpoint.

This can also happen with customers who install Endpoint before changing the machine name on workgroup machines.
