# sk164257 - Policy installation fails if the rule name contains more than 24 characters (non-ASCII and ASCII mixed)

## Symptoms

- Policy installation fails with "Installation failed. Reason: load on Module failed -- failed to load Security policy." error after the administrator added a rule with a Chinese long name, ASCII(letter/number) mixed, and the characters number is more than 24 (one Chinese word equals two ASCII characters).
