# sk164239 - Configuring authentication method as certificate via Intune using QR fails for Capsule VPN

## Symptoms

- * Configuring authentication method as certificate via Intune using QR fails.
* In the device logs the following log is found:

  ```
  
  NEMO.QR Fingerprint: 300D3C0BD5EB1270E6CAFAF3600E2180AEA92D72
  ```

## Cause

Intune QR fingerprint format is hexadecimal. Capsule VPN expects the fingerprint in S/Key format and not hexadecimal which is not supported.
