# sk164133 - output of 'cphaprob -a if' on VSX Cluster shows that 'Virtual cluster interfaces' section is missing post Security Management server upgrade

## Symptoms

- * Output of 'cphaprob -a if' command on a VSX cluster member shows that the 'Virtual cluster interfaces' lines are missing in 'vsid x' section. For example:

  `Note: The "Virtual cluster interfaces" section must be here, but it is completely missing

* Upon checking the interface packet capture, the initial ARP response is not sent from Check Point side to the ARP request.

## Cause

After the Security Management Upgrade, the VS did not properly load the local.vsall configuration for itself.
