# sk164112 - Intermittent Identity Awareness access issues when using Identity Sharing

## Symptoms

- * Intermittently, a user is unable to access any recourse which requires an Identity.
* A log for the user can be found on the PDP, however when checking the PEP Gateway, the user is not present.
* On pep debug ("`PEP debug set all all`") you find a log for the second half of the network you are looking for, example:   
  `
  [PID]@GatewayName[DATE TIME] [NETWORK (TD::Events)] pdp::NetworkRegistrationDB::fetchRegisteredGateways: network=10.116.50.16, mask=255.255.255.240`

## Cause

The value of *registered_users_page_size* has been modified from the default value which is causing the PEP to incorrectly register networks.
