## Symptoms

- When running the "cpstat threat-emulation -f contract" command, the amount of VMs does not seem to have a set limit despite it being a set number from the licensing. This is causing performance implications.
For example:

```
[Expert@GW:0]# cpstat threat-emulation -f contract
TE Contract Name: temu_local
TE Subscription Expire Date: 0
TE Cloud Hourly Quota: 2500
TE Cloud Monthly Quota: 50000
TE Cloud Remaining Quota: 50000
TE Maximal VMs Number: 4294967295
```
