# sk164033 - Identity Awareness Multi-User Host (MUH) Agent shows users as "Not Authenticated"

| Property | Value |

| Products | Security Gateway |
| Versions | R82.10, R82, R81.20 |
| OS | Gaia |

## Symptoms

- * The Users status in MUH agent is displayed as "Not Authenticated".
* Running the command: `'# pdp monitor ip <ip address>'`, only machine information is displayed with no user information.
* The R80.20 Security Gateways are being managed by R80.10 Security Management Server.

## Cause

R80.20 is using the new realm (multi_user_host_agent) and expects the information and flow to arrive from that realm and not the identity_agent realm as was on R80.10.

In the R80.10 Security Management, this realm does not exist and therefore cannot provide the needed information for the correct flow on the R80.20 machine.
