## Symptoms

- * After an upgrade to R80.30, all Security Gateways that have IPS blade installed appear in SmartConsole with "`Machine status is not available`" and with the "`-`" sign.
  (Security Gateways with no IPS show the correct status.)
* Reboot of the Security Management Server or SmartConsole has no effect.
* The solution in [sk112058](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk112058) does not resolve the issue.
* Approximately every minute, Fwm_debug shows the following:

  ```
  [FWM 43283 4013611776]@fwmgmt[26 Nov 14:42:35] do_cklic_ex: current license expired therefore is not counted.
  ```

* SmartConsole.log in debug shows:

  ```
  Machine status is not available
