## Symptoms

- After defining the IoT Discovery Service on the Management server, it fails to be deleted.

## Cause

Defining IoT Discovery Service automatically imports IoT Assets and creates new policy layers and rules that must be deleted manually to enable the deletion of the IoT Discovery Service.
