# sk163802 - "Access denied - Wrong user name or password" error message when IPSec SNX users fail to connect to RADIUS server

## Symptoms

- * IPSec SNX users fail to connect, as the requests are sent to the wrong RADIUS server.
* The authentication fails due to "Access denied - Wrong user name or password".

## Cause

IPSec SNX uses legacy method authentication, and currently does not support "realm" feature.
