# sk163795 - "You are already connected from client x.x.x.x with an active session" error message when logging in to a session

## Symptoms

- * The "`You are already connected from client x.x.x.x with an active session`" error message appears when the user tries to log in to a session.
* The "`An internal error has occurred`" error message appears when the user tries to take over or discard the session.
* `cpm.elg` shows this error: "`Shouldn't have more then one SessionAggregator`".

## Solution
